epirecipe Paid Member Service Terms of Use

The EpiRecipe Paid Member Services Terms and Conditions stipulate matters relating to the use of paid services provided by NAVYPOOL Inc.
When using paid services, these "EpiRecipe Paid Member Services Terms of Use" apply, so please be sure to read this before using this service.
If you use paid services, you will need to agree to the "Epi Recipe Terms of Use" and "Epi Recipe Paid Member Service Terms of Use" and register for a paid service, so please be sure to read this before using this service.

[Article 1: Regarding the Terms of Use of EpiRecipe Paid Member Services]

1. The "EpiRecipe Paid Member Service Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the "Paid Member Service Terms of Use") sets the terms and conditions for paid services (hereinafter referred to as the "Paid Member Service") provided by NAVYPOOL Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). If you use the paid membership service, you will be deemed to have agreed to the paid membership service terms and conditions, and a contract for using the paid membership service that contains the paid membership service terms and conditions has been concluded.
2. If permitted by the Civil Code (Act No. 89 of 1884) or other laws, the Company may change the Terms of Use of the Paid Member Services without obtaining prior consent from a registered person who uses the Paid Member Services (hereinafter referred to as "Paid Members").

[Article 2 Definition]

All terms used in the Paid Member Services Terms of Use shall be defined as the same as those in the EpiRecipe Terms of Use, except as otherwise specified in the Paid Member Services Terms of Use.

[Article 3, Paid Registration]

1. If the user uses the paid membership service, they will be required to register for a paid membership.
2. Users who wish to register for a paid membership will agree to the EpiRecipe Terms of Use and the Paid Member Services Terms of Use and the Registration Procedure prescribed by our company.
3. The Company shall perform the necessary examinations for the application details (including credit card number) entered in accordance with the procedures in the previous paragraph, and will assume that the Company has expressed its intention to accept the application for a paid member, as it has become possible for paid members to use the paid member service. Furthermore, if the application details are inappropriate as a result of reviewing the application details, we may not accept paid registration at our discretion.

[Article 4 Usage Fees]

1. The fees for the paid membership service will be set separately.
2. If the Company is permitted by the Civil Code (Act No. 89 of 1884) or other laws, it may change the fees for use of the paid membership service without obtaining the prior consent of the paid membership member. However, the changes shall be effective in the future.

[Article 5, settlement]

1. Payment of fees for the paid membership service will be made through payment methods designated by our company.
2. Our company will not issue receipts or other related to payment of fees for use of paid membership services.

[Article 6: Delayed Interest]

1. If the EpiRecipe Paid Member does not pay any fees for the use of the Paid Member Service or any other obligations borne to the Company even after the due date, the EpiRecipe Paid Member shall pay the amount calculated at a rate of 14.6% per year, as late interest, as well as usage fees and other obligations, by the date specified by the Company, by the date specified by the Company.
2. All transfer fees and other expenses required in the previous section will be borne by the EpiRecipe Paid Member.

[Article 7: Cancellation of paid registration]

1. If an EpiRecipe Paid Member cancels the use of the Paid Member Service, they will proceed with the cancellation procedure using the procedures specified by our company, and upon completion of the cancellation procedure, the use of the Paid Member Service will be deemed to have been cancelled.
2. Under no circumstances will we not provide any refunds or refunds for the usage fees already received.
3. EpiRecipe Paid Members will pay the full monthly fee even if they cancel their paid membership service in the middle of the month.

[Article 8: Unsubscribe for paid registration, etc.]

1. If an EpiRecipe Paid Member determines that the EpiRecipe Paid Member falls under any of the following, the Company may temporarily suspend or cancel the paid service without prior notice to the EpiRecipe Paid Member.
   • If the Company determines that it falls under any of the items of the EpiRecipe Terms of Use Article 16 of the EpiRecipe Terms of Use
   • If you delay the performance of your fees or other obligations for paid membership services, or if you refuse to pay
   • If payment methods are suspended
   • If an EpiRecipe Paid Member has undergone a provisional seizure, provisional injunction, forced execution, tax arrears, etc., if an EpiRecipe Paid Member has applied for the EpiRecipe Paid Member to commence bankruptcy procedures or to commence civil rehabilitation procedures, or if an EpiRecipe Paid Member has received a trial to start guardianship, start of insurance or start subsidies.
   • If we request that the company resolve the violation of the EpiRecipe Terms of Use, the Company and Organization Kitchen Rules, and the Paid Member Services Terms of Use, but do not respond to this
2. If any of the items of the previous paragraph falls under any of the items of the previous paragraph, the EpiRecipe Paid Member will lose the profits of the deadline and will pay the payment of all fees for the paid membership service that have been incurred at that time, and any other obligations borne by the Company in one lump sum.
3. If the Company suffers damages due to the intentional or negligent acts of an EpiRecipe Paid Member, the Company may request damages against the EpiRecipe Paid Member (including those who have cancelled their paid registration) regardless of whether or not the paid registration has been cancelled.
4. If we take measures set forth in paragraph 1 of this Article, we will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such measures.

[Article 9: Handling of Personal Information, etc.]

1. Our company will handle registration information for paid EpiRecipe members appropriately based on the separate "Handling of Personal Information" stipulated.
2. Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, if it is deemed necessary to identify, pay, and collect claims from EpiRecipe Paid Members to the Company, the Company may disclose personal information to the credit card company, etc. to the extent necessary. However, the third party and the Company will be subject to strict management, such as checking how to handle the product, including the disposal of information.
3. EpiRecipe Paid Members agree that the contractor entrusted by the Company will charge the EpiRecipe Paid Members for use of the paid membership service, so that the EpiRecipe Paid Members will manage credit card information and other payment information.

[Article 10: Changes due to cancellation of paid registration etc.]

1. If EpiRecipe Paid Members cancel their paid registration or cancel their paid registration, they will no longer be able to use the paid membership service, and the capacity of all paid membership services will automatically be returned to the capacity they were before they were started using the paid membership service. If you cancel your paid subscription while using a capacity greater than the capacity before the start of using the paid membership service, or cancel your paid subscription, you will be using it with the capacity limit exceeding the capacity limit, and all functions other than deletion will no longer be available. In this case, please either register again for the paid membership service, or delete unnecessary data and adjust the capacity you are using so that the capacity you are using is below the specified capacity before the start of using the paid membership service. If you are unsure how to delete it, please refer to the help.
2. If you use a limit exceeding the maximum capacity before starting the paid membership service for more than 30 days after the effectiveness of canceling or canceling your paid membership registration, the capacity exceedance will be automatically deleted, so please delete the capacity exceedance in advance. Note that files that were automatically deleted due to overloading cannot be recovered. Furthermore, we cannot answer any questions about which files will be deleted.
