Background and basic requirements for recruitment
EpiRecipe is a recipe site that has been produced and published over 12 years since 2010, with the aim of "inheriting Japanese food, preserving unique ingredients and food education." With the concept of "leaving, looking, buying and creating authentic recipes that are not normally known." With the cooperation of both "modern famous egos," Kataoka Mamoru, Wakiya Tomoku and the late Tamura Takashi, all of the existing recipes were cooked in front of us by the chef himself, and the editorial department performed measurements, photographs, and manuscripts.
What the chefs were thoroughly pursuing was their own "providing real information." Until now, we have limited our seasonings to recipes that are thoroughly focused on grams.
"Japanese food" has a rich food culture that is rare in the world.
Epi Recipes In the autumn of 2023, we will be accepting a wide range of public recruitments not only for recipes from the chefs, but also for professional chefs who are widely active in the Japanese cooking world, including "recipes that we want to leave behind for the next generation," as well as for "home recipes" that we want to convey to our children and grandchildren from grandparents, and "food inheritance recipes" using ingredients grown in the local community
. Epi Recipes have been transformed into a multilingual site that can be viewed by people from overseas, such as in English, French, Chinese, and Korean. With the increase in inbound tourism, we look forward to receiving applications for "Japanese food" that will attract interest from overseas.
