Corn rock fried
You can make this with canned corn, but it's best to use fresh corn. It's sweet and delicious. It's also great as a side dish for your lunch box. Serve with salt or soy sauce to taste
How to make it

Mix the corn, flour, and egg yolks well in a bowl

Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts and fry in hot oil for about 1 minute. (If it's difficult to combine by hand, chill it a little in the refrigerator, which will allow the eggs to solidify and make it easier to combine.)
