Spicy meat miso

Toss the minced chicken and red miso into the pot, mix well without putting it on the heat. If the miso is hard, loosen it with about 2 tablespoons of dashi (water is fine).

Place the whole mixture on the heat and cook the chicken.
Mix together and add Tabasco and chili oil, and when the miso is all combined, it's finished.
