Spicy meat miso
Combine the ground chicken and red miso paste in a pot and mix well without heating. If the miso is thick, add about 2 tablespoons of dashi (or water)
Once everything is mixed, turn on the heat and cook the chicken through.
Add Tabasco and chili oil while mixing, and once the miso has combined, it's done.
