The spicy taste of Tabasco and chili oil will inspire your appetite. It's a versatile meat miso that goes well with anything, whether it's over rice, on tofu, or onigiri, so try it out. Adjust the amount of Tabasco chili oil to your liquor.

How to make it

Toss the minced chicken and red miso into the pot, mix well without putting it on the heat. If the miso is hard, loosen it with about 2 tablespoons of dashi (water is fine).

Place the whole mixture on the heat and cook the chicken.
Mix together and add Tabasco and chili oil, and when the miso is all combined, it's finished.
