Mozuku Zakoi
By washing the cooked rice with water, the slimy finish will be removed and the rice porridge will look even more like a rice porridge.
How to make it

Put [A] in the pot and heat it. Once it boils, turn off the heat and add water-soluble potato starch to thicken it.

Put [B] in another pot and heat it. Add cooked rice (wash in water) and heat.

Place [2] in a bowl and pour the bean paste from [1] to complete the dish.
