Soy milk plum bavarois
Soak the gelatin sheets in 2-3 tablespoons of water (not included in the recipe)
Put half of the soy milk in a pot and heat it. Heat while stirring until small bubbles appear, and add the gelatin and sugar from [1] just before it boils
Once the gelatin has dissolved, add the remaining soy milk and heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring gently
Once strained through a colander, pour into a container
Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then top with roughly chopped prunes to finish
