Soy milk purumbavaroa
Soak the gelatin plate with 2-3 tablespoons of water (not included).
Put half of the soy milk in a pot and heat it. Warm, stirring until small bubbles appear, and just before it boils, add the gelatin from [1] and sugar.
Once the gelatin has dissolved, add the remaining soy milk and warm it gently, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
Once it's strained into a colander, pour into a container.
Chill in the fridge and harden, then topped with coarsely chopped prunes and it's finished.
