I used Miki Prunes instead of caramel sauce. All you need to do is combine them in a bowl and steam them, so anyone can easily make delicious puddings as long as they have a steamer.

How to make it
1

Mix all of [A] in a bowl and strain it, then add the vanilla beans that have been removed from the pod and mix lightly.

2

Pour egg mixture into the container, crush the bubbles, place it in a steamer and steam it over high heat for 2 minutes. (The photo shows one, but even if the number increases, please steam it at the same fraction.)

3

After 2 minutes, make sure the surface is white, cover with kitchen paper, turn it low and steam for another 15 minutes. At this time, it is a good idea to place a pair of chopsticks on the edge of the lid to create a way out of steam.

4

Once it's steamed, remove the heat and cool in the fridge. Finally, pour an appropriate amount of Miki Prunes and complete the process.
