Prunus pudding
Mix all of [A] in a bowl, strain it, add the vanilla beans removed from the pod and mix lightly
Pour the egg mixture into a container, crush any air bubbles, then place in a steamer and steam for 2 minutes over high heat. (The photo shows one egg, but if you have more, steam for the same amount of time.)
After 2 minutes, when you have confirmed that the surface has turned white, cover with kitchen paper, reduce the heat to low and steam for another 15 minutes. At this time, it is a good idea to place a chopstick on the edge of the lid to allow steam to escape
Once steamed, let cool and chill in the refrigerator. Finally, top with a generous amount of Miki Prune to complete
