Sinkyoyaki silver cod
Mix mirin and dark soy sauce and marinate the silver cod fillets for about 5 minutes.
Lightly wipe off the pickled silver cod water, sandwich it with Saikyo miso, and soak it overnight.
Without oiling, heat the frying pan and soak the silver cod overnight, grill it over medium heat from the skin.
Once the skin is cooked well, turn it over. Mix 1 tsp of Saikyo miso with 1 tsp of sake and add to the frying pan.
Once the miso is mixed well with the silver cod, it's finished.
