Bamboo yaki

This is a grilled bamboo shoot with a sense of the flavor of soy sauce.

How to make it

Cut the bamboo shoots in half lengthwise and make a grid-shaped cut on the cut surface. Combine the ingredients for the sauce.

Put salad oil in a frying pan and heat it, then cook with the bamboo shoots flat facing down.

Once browned, turn it over and brown the whole thing.

When it gets browned, add some sauce and quickly tangle it.

If there is bamboo shoot skin, use it as a bowl and add the grilled bamboo shoots to complete.
