Bake sardine crumbs

Using egg whites will allow a lot of breadcrumbs to stick to the sardine. Add plenty of fresh bread crumbs.
When cutting fried sardines, cut them crisply by the weight of the knife.

How to make it

Salt and pepper on both sides of the sardine that has been opened by hand and pour in flour.

Stir in the sardine in [1] with beaten egg whites and add plenty of fresh bread crumbs.

Put 100cc of salad oil in a frying pan, heat it, and fried it from the skin.

Once the skin is browned with a golden brown color, turn it over and cook for about 1-2 minutes.

Once cooked, remove it into a bowl and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of green paste.

Drop the tail, cut it into three equal parts, place it in a bowl and add cut lemon to it and you're done.
