Mix potato starch and water in a 1:1 ratio to make water-soluble potato starch.

Lower the liquid in the pot to prevent it from boiling.

Add water-soluble potato starch little by little while stirring.

Heat while stirring for another 1-2 minutes to avoid lumps.

Once it's thickened, turn off the heat and it's done!
