Macaroni gratin
Boil the macaroni in salted water for the time indicated on the package, then drain
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté with the onions
Add mushrooms and sauté until softened
Melt the butter, add the flour and fry over low heat for 2 minutes
Gradually add the milk and whisk until thickened
Dissolve the consommé in the sauce and season with salt and pepper
Place the macaroni and filling in a heat-resistant dish and pour the white sauce over it
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a 200°C oven for 15 minutes to brown the surface
