Macaroni gratin
Boil the macaroni in salted water for the time indicated in the bag and drain the water.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, salt and pepper, and stir-fry with onions.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until soft.
Melt the butter, sprinkle the flour and fry on low heat for 2 minutes.
Pour in the milk little by little and mix with a whisk until thick.
Melt the consomme in the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Put the macaroni and fillings in a baking dish and pour in white sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oven at 200°C for 15 minutes to color the surface.
