Membership Terms

[Article 1 (General Provisions)]

1. These Terms and Conditions define the matters that must be followed by those who use "EpiRecipe" (hereinafter referred to as "The Service" and defined in Article 2, Item 2) operated by NAVYPOOL Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") when using it. If the user uses this service, the Company deems that he has agreed to these Terms of Use.
2. Regarding your use of this Service, you will be subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as the provisions of the sub-terms, rules (guidelines), help, etc. (collectively referred to as "these Terms and Conditions").

[Article 2 (Definition)]

1. In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below.
   • "Recipes" refer to information about how to prepare dishes featured in the epi recipes operated by our company, how to prepare dishes that you submit to members, their impressions, ratings, images, videos, and other information, including information about self-introductions.
   • "This Service" refers to the general term for the functions that we provide to users, the ability to post recipes, view posted recipes, the ability to evaluate recipes, the ability to search for recipes, the ability to request recipes, and the services that accompany them.

[Article 3 (Specifications)]

1. The scope of the ability to post recipes, the number of posts, conditions, content posted on epi recipes, and other matters relating to the specifications of this service, as well as those specified in these Terms, may be determined at our discretion, and users cannot express any objections to this.
2. The Company may change all or part of the specifications of the Service at any time at its sole discretion, and the User shall not object to this. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to users due to changes in specifications of this service.

[Article 4 (Register for EpiRecipe Membership)]

Users who wish to post arrangement recipes on this service will register as members to the epi recipe in accordance with procedures separately set by our company.

[Article 5 (Definition)]

When using this service, users shall not take the actions specified in the following items.

1. Posting recipes containing the content provided below Content that slanders us or third parties Content that
   leads to or encourages criminal acts
   Content that is contrary to laws and regulations
   Content that includes commercial promotion purposes Content
   that includes specific political or religious claims Content that
   may damage the reputation of our company or third parties without basis or cause credibility concerns Content that infringes or may
   infringes the copyright, honor, privacy or other rights of our company or third parties Content that may infringe or cause
   discriminatory expressions Content that
   may infringe or cause dislike to others
   In addition to the above, Content that is contrary to public order and morals Content
   that may adversely affect the human body when cooking according to the recipe, other Content that
   is other than the ingredients and methods of cooking,
   etc. Content that we deem inappropriate
2. Acts of writing someone else's contact information in a recipe or pretending to be someone else in a recipe
3. Writing harmful programs, scripts, etc.
4. Acts that adversely affect services provided by our company or our group companies (including but not limited to this service)
5. Other actions that the Company deems inappropriate

If the user violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company may take the measures stipulated in the following items.

1. Deletion of recipes that violate the provisions of the items of the previous paragraph
2. Delete all recipes posted in the past by users who violate the provisions of the above paragraph
3. Stop using this service
4. Other measures we deem necessary

[Article 6 (Recipe Rights and Usage)]

1. Copyright and other rights to the recipe belong to the user who posted the recipe.
2. The Company may use the contents of the recipe free of charge by freely reprinting, quoting, disclosure, providing, providing, or distributing the content (excluding those set forth in the following paragraph) without notice to the user who posted the recipe, and the User agrees to this. You also agree not to exercise any moral rights of the copyright owner in the recipe against us or to the person designated by us.
3. If the Company wishes to publish recipes, distribute them for paid delivery or other use and distribute them for paid purposes (however, the company will only accept payment for each transaction of use and distribute, and hereinafter referred to as "publishing, etc."), the user and the Company shall discuss the publication by the Company in good faith.
4. Except where special provisions are required, users must not reproduce, repurpose, edit, copy or otherwise use other users' recipes.
5. The period for displaying recipes and storage periods by our company may be determined at our discretion, and users cannot object to this.

[Article 7 (User's responsibility)]

1. If damages occur to the Company or a third party due to a violation of these Terms, etc., the user shall indemnify the full amount of such damage (including attorney's fees).
2. Users will resolve any inquiries, complaints, claims, etc. arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, at their own responsibility and burden, and will not cause any inconvenience to the Company.

[Article 8 (Disclosure of User Personal Information)]

If a recipe posted by a user is requested by that third party, as infringes the rights of a third party, or if a request is made in accordance with other procedures set forth in laws and regulations, our company may disclose the personal information of the user who posted the recipe in accordance with procedures set forth in laws and regulations.

[Article 9 (Revision of these Terms and Conditions, etc.)]

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms and Conditions will become effective when the Company posts it on a website designated by the Company, and if the user uses this service after the revision of these Terms and Conditions, etc., it will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms and Conditions.
