Membership Terms

[Article 1 (General Provisions)]

1. These Terms and Conditions stipulate the matters that must be observed by anyone (hereinafter referred to as "User") who uses "EpiRecipe" (hereinafter referred to as "This Service" and defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2) operated by NAVYPOOL Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") when using this Service. Our Company will deem that Users have agreed to these Terms and Conditions when using this Service
2. In using the Service, users shall comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any subordinate terms, rules (guidelines), help, etc. (collectively referred to as the "Terms, etc.")

[Article 2 (Definitions)]

1. In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
   • "Recipe" refers to the recipes for dishes published on EpiRecipe, which is operated by our company, as well as recipes, impressions, reviews, images, videos, and other information posted by members, and also includes information related to self-introductions
   • "This Service" refers collectively to the functions provided by our company to users, including the functions to post recipes, view posted recipes, rate recipes, search for recipes, and request recipes, as well as any services associated with these

[Article 3 (Specifications)]

1. In addition to being set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the scope of recipe postings, the number of postings, conditions, content to be posted on EpiRecipes, and other matters concerning the specifications of this service may be determined at our discretion, and users may not object to such determinations
2. The Company may, at its discretion, change all or part of the specifications of the Service at any time, and Users shall not be able to object to such change. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by Users as a result of changes to the specifications of the Service

[Article 4 (EpiRecipe Membership Registration)]

Users who wish to post recipe variations on this service must register as members of EpiRecipe in accordance with the procedures separately specified by our company

[Article 5 (Definitions)]

When using this service, users shall not engage in any of the acts specified in the following items

1. Posting recipes that include any of the following content: Content that libels our company or third parties Content that
   leads to or encourages criminal activity
   Content that violates laws and regulations Content
   that includes commercial advertising purposes
   Content that includes specific political or religious claims Content
   that damages the reputation of our company or third parties without basis or that may cause a loss of credibility Content that infringes or has the potential
   to infringe the copyright, honor, privacy, or other rights of our company or third parties
   Content that includes discriminatory language Content
   is vulgar, harmful, indecent, or otherwise disgusting to others Content that
   is contrary to public order and morals other than the above Content
   that may have an adverse effect on the human body when cooked according to the recipe Content that is
   not related to ingredients or methods of cooking, or any other content
   that our company deems inappropriate
2. Including contact information for another person in a recipe or impersonating another person in a recipe
3. Writing harmful programs, scripts, etc
4. Any act that adversely affects the services provided by our company or our group companies (including but not limited to this service)
5. Any other act that the Company deems inappropriate

If a user violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company may take the measures set forth in the following items

1. Recipes that violate the provisions of the preceding paragraphs will be deleted
2. Deletion of all recipes previously posted by users who violate the provisions of the preceding paragraph
3. Suspension of Use of the Service
4. Other measures that the Company deems necessary

[Article 6 (Recipe Rights and Use)]

1. Copyright and other rights related to recipes belong to the user who posted the recipe
2. Users agree that we may freely reproduce, quote, disclose, provide, distribute, or otherwise use the contents of a recipe free of charge without notifying the user who posted the recipe. Users also agree not to exercise their moral rights in relation to the recipe against us or anyone designated by us
3. If the Company wishes to publish a recipe, distribute it for a fee, or use or distribute it for a fee (however, this is limited to cases where a fee is incurred for each use or distribution transaction, hereinafter referred to as "Publication, etc."), the user and the Company shall negotiate in good faith regarding Publication, etc. by the Company
4. Unless otherwise specified, users may not reprint, reuse, edit, duplicate, or otherwise use other users' recipes
5. The period for which recipes will be displayed and the period for which they will be stored by our company may be determined at our discretion, and users may not object to this

[Article 7 (User Responsibilities)]

1. If the User causes damage to the Company or a third party due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions, the User shall compensate the Company for the full amount of such damage (including attorney's fees)
2. Users shall resolve at their own responsibility and expense any inquiries, complaints, claims, etc. arising from or in connection with violations of these Terms and Conditions, infringement of third party rights, or other use of the Service by third parties, and shall not cause any inconvenience to the Company

[Article 8 (Disclosure of User's Personal Information)]

If a third party claims that a recipe posted by a user infringes their rights, or if we are requested to do so in accordance with other procedures prescribed by law, we may disclose the personal information of the user who posted the recipe in accordance with procedures prescribed by law

[Article 9 (Amendment of these Terms and Conditions)]

The Company may revise these Terms, etc. at any time. The revised Terms, etc. will take effect when the Company posts them on the website designated by the Company, and if the User uses the Service after the revision of these Terms, etc., the User will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms, etc
