Chef's Restaurant Introduction
is a renowned kaiseki restaurant in Tsukiji, Tokyo, representing Japan's finest cuisine.
While the restaurant exudes a sense of gravitas befitting a long-established establishment, it also offers casual lunch options, such as bento boxes served at table seating. With spacious tatami rooms and private rooms with sunken tables, it can be used for a variety of occasions.
"A dish must have a perfect harmony of the five basic tastes (sweet, sour, bitter, salty, and umami). Only then will the diner perceive it as delicious." Inheriting the spirit and taste of the founder, Heiji Tamura's philosophy of "harmony of the five tastes," Tsukiji Tamura cherishes the "spirit of hospitality," always serving freshly prepared dishes. The
careful cooking methods that bring out the deep umami of the ingredients allow you to savor the delicate flavors of the ingredients and the richness of the broth. Attention is also paid to each and every piece of tableware, making for a visually luxurious and enjoyable dining experience.
