Lotus root kinpira
Add the sesame oil at the end to enhance the aroma.
Wash the lotus root thoroughly and cut it into 2mm slices with the skin on
Heat 2 tablespoons of salad oil in a frying pan, add the sliced lotus root and stir-fry
Once the oil has been distributed evenly, add the Happomibijin and sugar and continue to stir fry
Once the aroma has come out, add sesame oil and stir fry briefly, then place on a plate and sprinkle with a little shichimi pepper to finish
