Stir-fried green onions and squid
Make small cuts on both sides of the squid and cut into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over.
Thinly slice the white part of the green onion.
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil and add the sliced squid and stir fry
Once the squid is half cooked, add the chopped green onions and season with 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce. Stir-fry until the green onions are soft and it's done
