Stir-fried green onions and squid

Green onions and squid go well together. Make fine cuts of the squid as much as possible.

How to make it

Make fine notches on both sides of the squid, cut into pieces, and sprinkle salt and pepper all over.
Shred the white part of the green onion.

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil, add the cut squid and fry.

Once the squid is half cooked, add the cutlet of green onions and add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce to season. Fry the green onions until they're soft and ready.

  • White part of long green onions
