Broccoli Sauce
Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate the boiled broccoli for about 30 minutes
[Cod Mayonnaise Sauce] Combine the ingredients to make the sauce
[Umazu Jelly] Combine the ingredients in a pot and heat until the agar has dissolved. Once boiling, transfer to a bowl and place over ice water. After a few minutes, it will solidify, so stir with a spoon to form a jelly
[Roasted Seaweed Sauce] Grill one sheet of seaweed over an open flame until crisp, then break it up with your hands. Add 2 tablespoons of umazu vinegar and mix to form a sauce

After marinating the broccoli for 30 minutes, place it in a bowl and top with the sauce, plum paste, and grated ginger
