Broccoli Sauce
Toss the ingredients for the pickled sauce together with the bowl. Soak the boiled broccoli for about 30 minutes.
[Tara mayo sauce] Combine the ingredients and make the sauce.
[Uma Vinegar Jelly] Toss the ingredients together with the pot and turn on the heat once the agar has melted. Once it's boiled, transfer to a bowl and pour it over ice water. It will harden after a few minutes, so stir with a spoon to make it into a jelly.
[Baked seaweed sauce] Grill one piece of seaweed over an open flame, and when it's crispy, loosen it with your hands. Add 2 tablespoons of umami vinegar to make it into a sauce.

Place broccoli soaked for 30 minutes in a bowl and add the sauce you've made, plum meat and grated ginger to finish.
