How to make it

Beat the eggs well and mix all the ingredients together.

Strain [1] to make it smooth.

Pour [2] into a bowl, cover with aluminum foil and steam for about 7 to 8 minutes. When using aluminum foil, cover it to avoid gaps.

Remove the heat and cool in the fridge to finish.
