Stir-fried mozuku with sesame oil

Mozuku slime has the effect of making blood smooth.

Heat the salad oil and fry the shredded ham and zuku.

Once the whole thing is soft, season it with a beautiful side and add the daikon radish. Finish with sesame oil and add some aroma.

  • Salt-brewed mozuku with salt removed
    100g
  • Happo-mibijin (can be used as a substitute with soy sauce + mirin)
    1 tablespoon
  • Kaire Daikon
    30g
