Potato salad
Peel the potatoes and steam them for about 15 minutes. Cut the carrots, pickled mustard greens, and pickled radish into bite-sized rectangles. (It's a good idea to briefly boil the carrots first.)
Add cream cheese and mayonnaise to the steamed potatoes and mix well, then add the chopped carrots, pickled mustard greens, and pickled radish, mix everything together, and you're done
