Potato salad

Peel the potatoes and steam for about 15 minutes. Cut the carrots, zasai and takuan into bite-sized rectangles. (It's a good idea to boil the carrots quickly.)

Add cream cheese and mayonnaise to the steamed potatoes and mix well, then add chopped carrots, sardines and takuan, mix the whole thing and you're done.
