Stir-fried chicken breast with vermicelli
Rub (A) into the shredded chicken breast to season it
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the seasoned chicken (from step 1)
Once the chicken is cooked, add the Chinese soup and sake and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes
Add the vermicelli that has been soaked in water and season with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar
Add sliced lemon to bring out the acidity, and simmer until the soup becomes cloudy
Add chopped red chili peppers to taste and fry until the moisture evaporates
