Stir-fried chicken breast with vermicelli
Rub <A> into the shredded chicken breast and season with <A>.
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken with the seasoning of [1].
Once the chicken is cooked, add the Chinese soup and sake and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Add the vermicelli that has been recycled with water and season with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.
Add sliced lemon to bring out the sourness and simmer the soup to make it cloudy.
Add chopped red chili peppers if desired and fry them to remove any moisture and it's finished.
