Parsley tempura
Parsley is usually a supporting ingredient and not very noticeable, but when fried, its rich aroma spreads and makes it delicious
How to make it

Remove the tough stems from the parsley and sprinkle with flour

Add the basic batter to the parsley and mix roughly. Place the parsley on a large spoon and gently place in frying oil heated to 170°C and fry for about 2 minutes

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper while hot and it's done
