Parsley tempura
Remove the hard stems of the parsley and sprinkle the whole with flour.
Add the basic batter to the parsley and mix it roughly, then place the parsley on a large spoon and gently place it in fried oil heated to 170 degrees and fry for about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper while it's hot and it's finished.
