Salted sardine

If you are not good at internal organs, please remove them.
You can enjoy it in a refreshing sauce with myo noodles.
How to make it

Lift the sardines and wash lightly with water.

Wipe off any water and sprinkle salt evenly on both sides.

Add one ladle of water to the grilled fish, place the sardines on top and grill both sides.

Combine the roughly chopped myogata with [A] to make a sauce.

Place sardine on a plate, pour the sauce on it and serve with lemon and it's finished.

    Olive Oil Ardoino Extra Virgin
    1 tablespoon
  • White wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice
    A few drops
  • Balsamic Vinegar
    A few drops
  • Italian parsley chopped
    1 tsp
  • salt
    Small amount
  • Pick it
    Small amount
  • Cut lemon
    Appropriate amount
