Salted sardine

Lift the sardines and wash lightly with water.

Wipe off any water and sprinkle salt evenly on both sides.

Add one ladle of water to the grilled fish, place the sardines on top and grill both sides.

Combine the roughly chopped myogata with [A] to make a sauce.

Place sardine on a plate, pour the sauce on it and serve with lemon and it's finished.
