Pizza-style Shiitake mushrooms

How to make it

Make a cut on the surface of the shiitake mushroom.

Place shiitake mushrooms on an aluminum-lined toaster, apply a pair of beauties, then pour over it with melting cheese and bake in the oven.

Once the melting cheese has melted and browned, serve with the sliced beans and it's finished.
