How to make it

Add 1 egg to 1 cup of water and mix well. White foam will form, so remove the foam

Add the same amount of plain flour as in (1) and 1 teaspoon of potato starch, and mix to combine the egg mixture and flour to make the batter

Spread the squid tentacles on paper towels and pound them with a knife. Dust the surface with 1 tablespoon of plain flour

Dip the pounded tentacles in the batter and fry in hot oil for 3 to 5 minutes

Place on a baking sheet and garnish with lemon. Sprinkle some green laver on top and it's done
