Rape blossom, broad bean and shrimp salad
Remove the broad beans from the pods and make a slit in the skin
Boil water, add a pinch of salt, and boil the broad beans for 2 minutes. Drain in a colander and peel. Boil the rape blossoms for 1.5 to 2 minutes and then drain in a colander
Remove the vein from the shrimp, boil for 4 minutes, let cool, then peel off the shell
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes, cut them into quarters, and sprinkle lightly with salt and lemon juice
Add [2] and [3] to a bowl, then add the mixed [A] and mix. (It's a good idea to hold the bowl over ice water while mixing to cool the whole thing down.)
Place on a plate, garnish with chopped tomatoes, and drizzle with olive oil (not included in the recipe) to finish
