After parboiling the shirataki noodles to remove any unpleasant odor, cut them into 2cm wide pieces

Heat 1 tablespoon of light sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the shirataki noodles (from step 1) and stir-fry until the water evaporates

Once the shirataki noodles are dry, turn off the heat and mix in the cod roe

Finish by topping with butter
