Fried sea bream wrapped in bread
Remove the skin from the sea bream fillets, cut them into coarse mince pieces and sprinkle with a little salt
Place three equal portions of sea bream meat on a slice of bread with the crusts cut off, apply glue made from flour and water, and shape the bread by joining the four corners together in the center
Place seam-side down in oil heated to 180°C and fry for about 30 seconds, turning halfway through cooking and removing when golden brown
Put A into a pot and bring to a boil, then add [3] and simmer for about 3 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and top with a pine needle yuzu
