Stir-fried chicken and leek with garlic
Add salt to the chicken and coarsely brown pepper. Peel the hard part on the outside and cut into 5cm wide diagonal slices.
Put A in a frying pan and heat it, then add the chicken through the skin and cook slowly. Grill the green onions together.
Remove the chicken, add soy sauce and butter to a frying pan, heat it to make a sauce.
Sprinkle on a plate with onion and divide the chicken into 6 equal parts.
Fry the assatsuki and add some lemon and it's done.
