Garlic stir-fried chicken and green onions
Season the chicken with salt and coarsely ground black pepper. Peel the tough outer part of the green onion and cut it diagonally into 5cm pieces
Put A into a frying pan and heat, then add the chicken skin-side down and slowly fry. Also fry the green onions
Remove the chicken and add soy sauce and butter to a frying pan, heat and make a sauce
Place the green onions on a plate and place the chicken, cut into 6 equal pieces, on top
Sprinkle with chives and garnish with lemon and it's done
