Brussels sprouts miso soup

Cut off the base of the Brussels sprouts and place a hidden knife in a cross. Put the bonito soup stock in a pot, bring to a boil, add the Brussels sprouts and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Once the Brussels sprouts are cooked, reduce the heat and melt the miso and add. It is best to use a strainer and a whipper.
Once the whole thing is mixed well, remove from the heat, serve in a bowl and topped with shichimi chili peppers if desired.
