Brussels sprouts miso soup

Cut off the roots of the Brussels sprouts and make a cross cut with a knife. Put the bonito stock in a pot and bring to a boil, then add the Brussels sprouts and simmer for about 5 minutes
Once the sprouts are cooked, reduce the heat and add the miso until dissolved. Use a strainer and whisk
Once everything is well mixed, remove from the heat, serve in a bowl, and top with shichimi pepper to taste
