Make shiratama (see separate recipe) and drain the water
Remove the skin and seed from the avocado, place it in a plastic bag and mash it until it forms a smooth paste. Transfer it to a bowl, add the cream, water and honey and mix well with a whisk
Place [2] in a bowl and top with shiratama dumplings if desired. Finish by topping with gold leaf
