Cut the tomatoes into 5mm thick slices. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry the tomatoes

Flip the tomatoes over and cook for 2-3 minutes, sprinkling Happomibijin and Parmesan cheese on top of the tomatoes halfway through

Use a metal spatula or a turner to serve on a plate and it's done
