How to make it

Cut the tomatoes into slices about 5mm thick. Place a frying pan with olive oil over high heat and grill the tomatoes.

Bake for 2-3 minutes, turning it over, and then sprinkle the tomatoes with Parmesan cheese.

Use a golden bella or frying bowl to serve in a bowl and complete the dish.
