Zunda mochi
When making zunda paste, salt is often added, but this leaves an unpleasant aftertaste, so this time we're seasoning it only with sugar and honey
How to make it
1
Prepare the shiratama balls. Parboil the edamame soybeans, then peel them and mash them finely using a pestle
2
Add sugar and honey and mix well to form a paste
3
Wrap the shiratama in zunda paste and sprinkle the paste on top
4
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
