Zunda mochi
When making zunda bean paste, salt is often added, but this time, the aftertaste is bad, so I seasoned it with only sugar and honey.
How to make it

Prepare the white balls. Boil the edamame, then peel the thin skin and use a pest to finely grind it.

Add the sugar and honey and mix well to make a paste.

Wrap the shiratama with a hollow paste and sprinkle it with the bean paste.

Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
