Potato salad sandwich
This potato salad sandwich is made with plenty of vegetables. If the ingredients inside are full, it is easier to eat if you use a thin type of bread.
How to make it

Make a potato salad. Boil the potatoes until they are soft, peel, then place in a bowl to mash them into mashed potatoes.

Add the diced ham, zucchini, carrots, and chopped onions that have been removed by soaking them in water, and seasonings and mix.

The bread is made from 12 slices. Apply a thin layer of mustard butter on one side of each.

Line it with lettuce and place an appropriate amount of potato salad on top.

Layer another slice of bread, hold it in with your hands, and cut it into pieces that are easy to eat. Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
