How to make it

Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces, and the long onions into pieces about 2.5cm wide.

Alternately stick tuna and green onions on a bamboo skewer.

Place a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and grill the green onion skewers. Once the whole thing is browned, turn off the heat and add some yamy beauty and tangle it.

Serve in a bowl and topped with shichimi chili peppers if desired.

  • Happo-mibijin (can be used as a substitute with soy sauce + mirin)
