Mochi pizza
Place the cut rice cake in boiling water and boil for about 5 minutes. Try taking it out in hot water at about 40°C and as long as it's not as hard as a core, it's fine.
Line a cooking sheet on top and spread a small amount of olive oil. Wipe the boiled rice cakes out of the water, spread them out, and place them on top of olive oil.
Top with chopped salami, thinly sliced peppers, and pizza cheese, and bake in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and serve with tan leaves if you like.
