Fried Ginkgo
Peel the outer shell of the ginkgo trees. Heat the frying oil to about 160-170°C, add the ginkgo trees and fry.
It's fine as long as you peel the thin skin in the oil. Remove onto a net and sprinkle salt while it's hot to blend in the flavor.
Serve in a bowl and add autumn leaves if you want to finish.
