Ginkgo roasted with sake

Ginkgo trees are a bit tedious to peel the outer shell, but using a microwave can save you the trouble. It is finished with a simple seasoning made with only salt and sake.

How to make it

Place the ginkgo trees in a brown envelope in a shell and rinse them in a 500W microwave for about 3 minutes. It's fine as long as the shell breaks.

Remove the ginkgo noodles in a frying pan, add sake and salt, and roast the sake.

Once the water has disappeared, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl to complete the dish.
