Place the ginkgo nuts in their shells in a brown envelope and microwave for about 3 minutes at 500W. Once the shells crack, they're ready

Place the ginkgo nuts in a frying pan, add sake and salt and fry in sake

Once the water has evaporated, remove from heat and serve in a serving dish
