Kinu Katsugi
Cut off the butt part of the taro and arrange the cross section below on a bat with a cooking sheet.
Steam in a steamer for about 20 minutes. If you try sticking a bamboo skewer and it still feels stiff, add an additional 5-10 minutes.
Remove from the steamer and press the sesame salt, which is combined with black sesame seeds and salt, onto the cross section.
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
