■Basic fresh sesame tofu
Combine white sesame seeds and water in a bowl and slept overnight, then pour it into a blender for about 10 minutes.
Line the sesame seeds in a blender, then add 90g of scrap flour and mix. Once the rubbish flour has mixed well, simmer again.
[Step 2] Put the white sesame seeds that you just put in a large pot and heat over medium heat. Use a wooden slat to knead the bottom like a rubbing.
Once the stickiness begins to develop, knead well for about 20 minutes. (Please be careful not to burn the bottom.)
Pour it into a tub and chill it in the fridge to finish. Add a side dish of beautiful women and serve with wasabi.
