Place the pumpkin in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften it a little. Pour the pumpkins in order with flour, eggs, and Parmesan cheese.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, place the pumpkins in a line, salt and pepper, and cook slowly over low heat. Once the cheese is cooked, turn it over, salt and pepper, and cook again slowly.

Remove the pumpkin, wipe off the oil with paper, heat the butter, add parsley, clams and lemon juice, make the sauce and pour it over the pumpkin on a plate.
