Baked pumpkin with cheese
Place the pumpkin in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften it slightly. Coat the pumpkin in flour, egg, and Parmesan cheese in that order
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, arrange the pumpkin, add salt and pepper and cook slowly over low heat. Once the cheese is cooked, flip it over, add salt and pepper and cook slowly again
Remove the pumpkin, wipe off the oil with paper towels, heat the butter, add the parsley, chives and lemon juice, make a sauce and pour it over the pumpkin on a plate
