Scallops mixed rice
Use fresh scallops that are meant to be eaten raw. To enjoy a more fragrant flavor, toast the roasted seaweed before adding it
How to make it

Put the scallops, dark soy sauce, and wasabi into a bowl and mix

Add (1) to the cooled rice and mix

Lightly toast the roasted seaweed on the stove, tear it into pieces, add it to [2] and mix again. Serve in a serving dish and it's done
