Scallops mixed rice

How to make it

Add scallop trabeculata, dark soy sauce and wasabi in a bowl and mix.

Add [1] to the crudely heated rice and mix.

Lightly grill the grilled seaweed on the stove, tear it into [2] and mix again. Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
