Fried bamboo shoots
Prepare jade robe (see different recipe). Cut the bacon into 2 equal parts.
The bamboo shoots are made from boiled bottom. Make a cut into the core of the bamboo shoot, sandwich one piece of bacon and shiso leaves, and sprinkle with flour thinly.
Slice the tomatoes thinly and arrange them in the center of the dish in a circular shape.
The bamboo shoots from [2] are passed through a jade robe.
Fry in frying oil heated to about 160°C. Once the coat is bright green, take it out.
Remove it on kitchen paper, drain the oil, and place it around the tomatoes in [3] to complete.
