How to make it

Soak the gelatin sheets in water to soften them. Put sake in a pot and bring to a boil

Once the sake has evaporated, remove from heat, add the gelatin sheets and simmer until dissolved

Put the white sake into a bowl and add the liquid from step 2. Stir while placing over ice water to cool

Cut off the stems of the strawberries, cut them into quarters, and place them in a bowl. Gently pour in the liquid from [3] and place in the refrigerator to chill

Once it hardens it's done
