Bai sake and strawberry jelly
Soak the gelatin board in water to soak it. Put sake in a pot, heat it, and simmer.
Once the alcohol in the sake is insufficient, remove from the heat, add gelatin and simmer and dissolve.
Put the Baiyu in a bowl and add the liquid from [2]. Stir in ice water and remove crude heat.
Cut off the stems of the strawberries, then divide them into 4 equal parts and place them in a bowl. Gently pour in the liquid from [3] and place in the fridge to cool.
Once it's solidified, it's finished.
