Nanban style chicken wings
Cut the indirect portion of the chicken wings, add sake and place in boiling water, and boil for about 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken wings, transfer them to a heated frying pan and brown the skin. The skin is browned and browned, so it's fine as long as it's cooked.
