Shine Muscat marinated
You can also serve Shine Muscat as is, but marinated with liquor or lemon juice will give it a more flavor. Granita is made by adding syrup to the spumante to give it a sugar content of 18%, then stirring it and freezing it. It is also recommended to make it with rosé or add a little red wine.
How to make it

Cut off the stem part of the Shine Muscat and cut it into quarters.

Sprinkle the entire Shine Muscat with granulated sugar, then add all the marinade ingredients and mix gently.

Place Shine Muscat in a bowl and place your desired amount of granita to finish.
