Shine Muscat marinated
You can serve it with Shine Muscat grapes as is, but marinating them in liquor or lemon juice will bring out their flavor even more. Granita is made by adding syrup to Spumante to bring the sugar content to 18%, then stirring and freezing it. We also recommend making it with rosé or a little red wine
How to make it
1
Cut off the stems of the Shine Muscat grapes and cut them into quarters
2
Sprinkle granulated sugar all over the Shine Muscat grapes, then add all the marinade ingredients and mix well
3
Place Shine Muscat grapes in a bowl and top with your desired amount of granita to finish
