Fried shrimp using dried okara as a substitute for bread crumbs. By applying the batter twice, it gives it a crispy texture.

Prepare dry okara (see separate recipe).

Wipe the shrimp out of water and then sprinkle salt. Sprinkle with dried okara and dip it into egg whites, then sprinkle with dried okara again.

First add the shrimp meat part to frying oil heated to about 170°C for about 20 seconds to fry, then add the whole thing and fry for about 1.5 to 2 minutes.

Remove onto a net and drain the oil. Serve in a bowl and serve with shredded cabbage and half-sliced ​​sudachi.
