Milk Fried
Heat the salad oil in a pan to 170°C
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the raw milt
Coat (2) in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat in breadcrumbs
Deep fry (3) until golden brown. Insert a bamboo skewer into the meat to check if the part that comes through the skewer is still warm
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces and deep fry. Once the cuts have opened and they have taken on color, remove them from the oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper
Heat the tomato sauce in a pot and spread it on a plate. Place the fried soft roe and shiitake mushrooms on top, and garnish with parsley
