Milk Fried
Heat the salad oil in a pan to reach 170°C.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the raw milt.
Sprinkle flour on [2] with beaten eggs, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Fry [3] until golden brown. Push the bamboo skewer into the bamboo skewer to check if the part where the bamboo skewer is warm.
The shiitake mushrooms are fried in finely slices. Once the cut opens and the colour is ready, remove from the oil and sprinkle a little salt and pepper.
Heat the tomato sauce in a pot and place it on a plate. Place fried milt and shiitake mushrooms on top and garnish with parsley to complete the process.
