Flower zucchini frit

Cut the mozzarella cheese and anchovies into quarters and place the anchovies on each cheese.

Open the flower zucchini flowers and add [1]. Carefully close the petals so that the cheese is not visible, then lightly squeeze them and put them in close contact.

The fruit part in [2] is cut in half vertically.

Lightly sprinkle flour around the flower part, then cover the batter until about half the fruit, fry in 180 degrees oil for 30 seconds. Fry the basil leaves for about 5 seconds.

Sprinkle with tomato sauce on a plate and place [4] on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper and serve with fried basil.
