Takayaki, not Akashiyaki
Although the takoyaki won't be round, you can make it in a frying pan even if you don't have a takoyaki maker.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces
Put the chopped octopus and dough ingredients into a bowl, mix, and pour all at once into a frying pan with heated salad oil
As you mix with a spatula, the mixture will harden, so use a spoon to shape it around the octopus
Place the dough over the octopus
Put the ingredients for the dipping sauce in a separate pot and heat it to make the sauce, then pour it into bowls and add roughly chopped mitsuba
Place [4] on a plate and dip into the dipping sauce while it is still warm
